Hello, My name is Lucy, I am a wife, mum and portrait and wedding photographer. My photography is about more than mementos of a portrait session or wedding day, it is emotion, soul, life, love and light. To me, it is not just about capturing how someone looks but how they feel, who they are at that point in time. Spring is in the air

Ok, so it's not quite there but we are getting there, colour is slowly creeping back in to the world. Here are some images from a shoot this week with a really lovely, warm and natural family up in the Lake District. I enjoyed this immensely.

They are beautiful and inspiring, especially to somebody like me.... I would absolutely love to be photographer some day.
